body weight of 45 to 65 kg
ASA grade 1 and 2
undergoing elective resection of nasal polyp (duration 60-70 minutes) |

ExclusionCriteria |
Details |
history of allergy to these drugs
patients with pre existing bleeding and coagulation abnormalities
history of hypertension, CAD, renal and hepatic dysfunction
cerebral insufficiency
patients not willing to participate in study
orbital abscess
CSF leak with or without CSF rhinorrhea |
