5. Subjects who had analgesic or anti inflammatory drugs 24 hours before treatment

Brief Summary  

The purpose of the study is to compare the anesthetic latency and injection pain for Buffered Local Anesthesia versus Non Buffered Local Anesthesia. In this double-blind, placebo-controlled, cross over investigation, 25 patients those requiring bilateral dental extractions under local anesthesia are selected. The sides of patients were randomized to Buffered Local Anesthesia or Non Buffered Local Anesthesia group. Evaluation of pain on injection (carried out with the use of a  5- point Likert scale) and anesthetic latency  (time of onset) are carried out.
