Pelvic Floor Exercise , Bladder Retraining Programme , combined method. |
In Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise the women will be taught exercises involving controlled contraction and release of the muscles at the base of the pelvis where the subject should hold the contraction for 10 seconds followed by 10 seconds of relaxation which should be performed 10 times for 3-5 times a day for 3 months.
In Bladder retraining program the schedule which is prepared by the investigator will be given to the subject and subject will be asked to follow as per the guideline.
In combined method both PFE and Bladder training programme will be taught. 1. Women undergone surgical intervention for urinary incontinence
2. Women above 60 years of age
3. Women not attending follow up clinic
4. Women those who are suffering with severe medical illness and on treatment

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors associated with Urinary incontinence, to find the effectiveness of pelvic floor exercise, bladder training programme to the patient with stress, urge and mixed urinary incontinence. This study also helps to know the quality of life of patient with Urinary Incontinence |
