Intervention  Pelvic Floor Exercise , Bladder Retraining Programme , combined method.   In Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise the women will be taught exercises involving controlled contraction and release of the muscles at the base of the pelvis where the subject should hold the contraction for 10 seconds followed by 10 seconds of relaxation which should be performed 10 times for 3-5 times a day for 3 months. In Bladder retraining program the schedule which is prepared by the investigator will be given to the subject and subject will be asked to follow as per the guideline. In combined method both PFE and Bladder training programme will be taught. Details  1. Women diagnosed with urinary incontinence
2. Women who are likely to come for follow up.
2. Women who are able to practice the intervention as per the guideline.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. Women undergone surgical intervention for urinary incontinence
2. Women above 60 years of age
3. Women not attending follow up clinic
4. Women those who are suffering with severe medical illness and on treatment
