| sno | Intervention/Comparator | Type | Drug-Type | Procedure Name | Details | | 1 | Intervention Arm | Procedure | - | NAADISHUDDHI PRANAYAMA | (Procedure Reference: HATHAYOGA PRADEEPIKA, Procedure details: Participants will first relax, & baseline pulse will be measured using Naadi Tharangini with sensors at vatanuga, pittanuga, & kaphanuga positions for 2–3 minutes. At 8 am, they will perform 15 minutes of Naadishuddhi pranayama with a 1:4:2 breath ratio. Guided in Nasagra Mudra, they will alternate nostril breathing—inhale left, exhale right, inhale right, exhale left—completing one round. Within 1–2 minutes after pranayama, pulse recording will be repeated using Naadi Tharangini.)

Brief Summary
|
This research examines the impact of Naadishuddhi Pranayama on pulse characteristics using Naadi Tharangini, a sensor based diagnostic tool. Ninety six healthy participants aged 20 to 30 will undergo pre and post assessment of Naadi. The study aims to identify doshic shifts and prakriti changes, bridging traditional Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis with modern technology. Participants will perform pranayama in a structured 1:4:2 breathing ratio, and pulse data will be analyzed statistically. The findings are expected to highlight how controlled breathing influences tridoshic balance, offering insights into preventive healthcare and advancing integration of classical wisdom with scientific methods. |
