Brief Summary
|
A pre-experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of a tailored teaching program on knowledge and practice of dysphagia screening protocol among nurses working in the neurology wards, which includes the Emergency ICU, stroke ICU, and Stroke unit, male and female neurology wards. Study participants are the nurses who fulfil the inclusion criteria and are available during the study period. Written consent will be obtained from each participant, and a pretest will be administered, followed by a tailored teaching program. After 10-day intervals, a post-test will be conducted. After data collection, the data will be encoded and submitted to the biostatistics department for analysis. |
