Brief Summary   This study investigates the effect of Kinesio Taping (KT) on shoulder impingement and performance in volleyball players. Shoulder impingement is a common injury caused by repeated overhead movements, leading to pain, reduced shoulder movement, weakness, and decreased sports performance. The study includes 68 volleyball players aged 18–30 years who will be divided into two groups: one group will receive Kinesio Taping along with conventional physiotherapy and exercises, while the other group will receive only conventional physiotherapy. Treatment will be given three times per week for six weeks. Pain levels, shoulder range of motion, strength, hand grip strength, power, balance, and overall shoulder function will be measured before and after the intervention. The study expects that Kinesio Taping combined with physiotherapy will reduce pain, improve shoulder function, and enhance performance in volleyball players, and may be as effective as or more effective than conventional treatment alone.
