This study investigates the correlation between hamstring flexibility and lower limb myofascial units in recreation badminton players 12-25 years. using the Active knee Extension test and pressure algometry it aims to identify whether myofascial dysfunction is associated with reduced hamstring flexibility which may influence injury risk and performance. |
