Brief Summary   This study is a cross-sectional observational investigation designed to evaluate the association between Ayurvedic constitutional types (Prakriti) and occupational burnout among working professionals. A total of teachers and IT professionals meeting the inclusion criteria will be assessed and observed. Prakriti will be determined using a validated Ayurvedic assessment questionnaire, while burnout levels will be measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), which evaluates emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. Statistical analysis will be performed to determine whether significant differences in burnout levels exist across different Prakriti types.the study aim  to determine which type of Prakriti exhibit higher susceptibility or greater resistance to occupational burnout.
