Brief Summary   Chronic plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain associated with altered foot pressure and functional limitations. Gua Sha therapy is a soft tissue mobilization technique used in physiotherapy to reduce pain and improve tissue mobility, but its comparative effects when applied to different anatomical regions are not well established. This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effects of Gua Sha therapy applied to the Posterior Kinetic Chain versus the Plantar Fascia, in combination with conventional physiotherapy, on pain, foot pressure, and function outcomes in individuals with chronic plantar fasciitis. Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups: one group receiving gua sha therapy on the posterior kinetic chain with conventional physiotherapy, and the other group receiving gua sha therapy on the plantar fascia with conventional physiotherapy. Interventional will be provided over four weeks, and outcomes will be assessed pre-intervention and post-intervention using validated measures. The result of this study  will help to identify a more effective physiotherapy approach for improving pain, Foot pressure, Function ability in individuals with chronic plantar fasciitis.
