Intervention  Group A (Action observation therapy group)  In group a action observation therapy will be given with showing the moving video having human and animal contains and patients have to follow the same step as video showing. 
Comparator Agent  Group B (Control group)  In group B patients are of control group in which they will be shown a landscape video having no any human and animal contain, patients have to follow the same as landscape video shown.

Details  Adult age between 18-65 Years.
Both the genders are included.
Unilateral pain at the mid portion of the achilles tendinopathy.
Experience morning pain and stiffness. 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Achilles tendon rupture patients.
Retrocalcaneal bursitis, Superficial calcaneal bursitis.
Metabolic or endocrine disorders, such as type I or II diabetes.
Systemic disease (e.g. ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis).

Brief Summary   Patients will receive informed consent before beginning of the study. Patients will be provided with detailed  explanation  about safety procedures and purposes of the study including signs, symptoms and possible outcomes. Patients Voluntary participation will be appreciated and participants can leave the study anytime without consequences. Patients will be selected on the basis of selection criteria. 
Patients will be randomly divided ( chit methos) into two groups:
Group A ( Action observation therapy)
Group B ( Control group)
Group A: Patient will come to clinic for physical assessment
and getting the treatment protocol and after that from next day
they get treatment including AOT(action observation therapy)
eccentric exercises videos for twice a day, 3 sets of 15
repetitions for 24 weeks at Sharda hospital physiotherapy
department.
Group B: Patient of control group who get Landscape
eccentric exercises videos (No human and no animal content)
for twice a day, 3 sets 15 repetitions for 24 weeks at Sharda
hospital physiotherapy department.
