Smooth Pursuit Exercise-moving target left to right and head still 30-60 seconds 2 sets. Adaptation X1 Exercise-stationary target moving head left to right 30-60 seconds 2 sets. Details  1 Chronic non specific neck pain for more than3 months.
2 NDI score more than equal to 5 points.
3 Practising dentistis and trainee currently working more than 15 hours per week or with more than 6 months of clinical experience.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. Cervical pathology : diagnosed cervical disc herniation, spinal stenosis, prior cervical spine surgery.
2. Neurological and vestibular disorders that affect eye movement or balance.
3. Shoulder pathology or peripheral nerve entrapment.
4. Recent ( within past 3 months ) neck trauma ( whiplash ) or major head injury.
5. Ongoing participation in another neck-specific physiotherapy programs.

Brief Summary  
Chronic non-specific neck pain is common among dentists due to prolonged static postures and repetitive neck movements during clinical work, leading to persistent pain, reduced neck mobility, and functional disability. Sensorimotor and oculomotor exercises have shown benefits in improving cervical control and reducing symptoms. Tele-rehabilitation offers a convenient alternative to conventional in-person physiotherapy, but evidence comparing these approaches is limited.
This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of in-person versus tele-rehabilitation–based sensorimotor and oculomotor training in dentists with chronic non-specific neck pain. A total of 52 dentists aged 25–40 years will be randomly allocated into two groups. Both groups will receive identical exercise interventions delivered either face-to-face or through tele-rehabilitation for four weeks.
Outcomes will be assessed using the Visual Analog Scale for pain, Neck Disability Index for functional disability, and goniometric measurement of cervical range of motion at baseline and post-intervention. The findings will help determine whether tele-rehabilitation is as effective as in-person physiotherapy in managing chronic neck pain among dentists.
