Brief Summary
|
60 patients with knee osteoarthritis will be randomly divided into two groups: Movement with Mobilization (Group A) and Hold–Relax Technique (Group B). Pre- and post-intervention assessments will include pain (pressure algometer), functional disability (WOMAC), walking ability (Timed Up and Go test), and knee range of motion (goniometer). Group A will receive medial glide and rotational mobilization exercises, while Group B will receive hold–relax stretching for hamstrings and quadriceps, both for 5 sessions per week over 4 weeks. After four weeks, outcomes will be compared to determine the more effective manual therapy for knee osteoarthritis. |
