Brief Summary
|
Ahiputana (diaper dermatitis) is a common skin condition in infants caused by prolonged exposure to moisture, urine, feces, and friction in the diaper area, leading to redness, irritation, and discomfort. Triphaladi Gel, an Ayurvedic herbal formulation with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and wound-healing properties, may help soothe the skin and promote healing. This single-arm clinical study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Triphaladi Gel in infants with Ahiputana by assessing improvement in rash severity, redness, and associated symptoms, thereby determining its usefulness as a gentle topical treatment for diaper dermatitis. |
