Brief Summary   The primary purpose of this study is to assess the effect of dietary intake of soaked black raisins on haemoglobin levels among anaemic adolescent girls. The study also aims to evaluate associated changes in heart rate variability and quality of life following the intervention. Participants will be randomly allocated to a study group receiving soaked black raisins and a control group receiving no intervention for a period of three months. It is hypothesised that regular dietary intake of soaked black raisins will lead to a significant improvement in haemoglobin levels, along with favourable changes in heart rate variability and quality of life, when compared to no intervention.
