1Comparator ArmProcedure-Shringavacharana (Procedure Reference: Ashtanga Hridaya and Susrutha Samhitha, Procedure details: The area for the shringavacharana will be cleaned with antiseptic solution & draped.Shringa attached with suction apparatus will put in the place to mark the area. Suction will be released after 2 minutes. Around 15-20 cutaneous incisions will be made over the area.Shringa attached with suction apparatus will be placed over the area(25 to 30 mm/hg pressure will be maintained). After 3 to 5 minutes suction will be released. Blood will be collected in a kidney tray. The area will be cleaned, dressed & observed for hemostasis.)
2Comparator ArmProcedure-Agnikarma (Procedure Reference: Ashtanga Hridaya and Susrutha Samhitha, Procedure details: The area for the Agnikarma will be cleaned with antiseptic solution & draped. Panchaloha shalaka will be kept over the stove & made red hot. The most tender points will be determined & marked. Agnikarma will be performed over the marked area. After 3 to 4 seconds a cotton smeared in murivenna will be placed over the area after the procedure.)

Brief Summary  
Lumbosacral radiculopathy is a commmon cause of radiating low back pain. This study aims to compare the immediate pain relieving effects of shringavacharana and agnikarma  and to assess the difference in their efficacy in pain management.
