Brief Summary
|
Lower Cross Syndrome (LCS) is a postural and neuromuscular imbalance involving tight hip flexors and lumbar extensors with weakness of abdominal and gluteal muscles, resulting in altered lumbopelvic alignment and low back pain. Currently, assessment of LCS lacks a standardized and validated tool. This cross-sectional study aims to develop and validate a comprehensive assessment scale for Lower Cross Syndrome in adults aged 18–45 years. The scale will be developed through literature review, domain identification, and expert validation using the Delphi method. Construct validity and reliability will be established using statistical analysis. The developed scale will facilitate early identification and standardized assessment of LCS in clinical and research settings. |
