The undergraduate students aged from 18 to 22 years
Using smartphone texting more than 2 hours per day
Dominant hand grip fatigue will be taken right or left hand
Student should able to read and writing in English Language

The individual doing heavy hand endurance workout 24 hours before the study
History of any pre existing orthopedic or neurological conditions affecting the hand wrist or arm
Students who had medications in last 24 hours for body pain fatigue or discomfort

This study evaluates the relationship between writing speed smartphone texting speed and handgrip strength on fine motor integration among undergraduate students A cross sectional correlational design will be conducted among students aged 18 to 22 years Standardized handwriting and smartphone texting tasks along with handgrip strength and fine motor assessment will be performed The findings aim to understand the impact of prolonged writing and smartphone use on hand function in young adults |
