Brief Summary

This study investigates the effect of weighted vest training on balance performance in basketball athletes over a four-week period. The intervention involves performing training activities while wearing a weighted vest to provide additional external load and challenge postural control.

Balance outcomes will be assessed using: Y-Balance Test for dynamic balance, Single Squat Test for lower-limb control and stability Mini-BESTest for overall balance performance

Assessments will be conducted before and after the four-week training program to determine improvements in balance. The study aims to evaluate whether weighted vest training is an effective method to enhance balance and functional stability in basketball athletes.
