Details  1. Adults aged 20 to 55 years diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy.
2. Presence of neck pain and radiating upper limb symptoms (tingling,numbness, or weakness) for at least 4 weeks.
3. Positive Spurlings test, upper limb tension test, or cervical compression test
confirming cervical radiculopathy.
4. Ability to perform therapeutic exercises as part of the rehabilitation protocol.
5. No prior surgical intervention for cervical radiculopathy.
6. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. History of cervical spine surgery or spinal cord injury.
2. Severe cervical instability or myelopathy confirmed through radiological
assessment.
3. Presence of systemic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis,
or malignancy affecting the cervical spine.
4. Neurological disorders (multiple sclerosis, stroke, or Parkinson’s disease)
that could affect motor function and rehabilitation outcomes.
5. Pregnancy due to potential contraindications with the treatment protocols.

Brief Summary   Cervical radiculopathy involves the compression or irritation of a cervical nerve root, leading to neck pain, radiating arm symptoms, and altered motor function . This study targets the underlying muscular and structural dysfunctions that contribute to nerve compression rather than solely treating the surface symptoms . By utilizing a foundational stabilization technique combined with two distinct soft-tissue interventions, researchers aim to identify the most effective comprehensive treatment protocol.
Interventions Compared
 Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) serves as the core intervention for both groups, functioning to retrain the nervous system, stabilize the spine, and alleviate mechanical stress on cervical nerve roots . The first group incorporates Myofascial Release (MFR) to manually relieve fascial tension, restore tissue extensibility, and reduce muscle spasms around the compromised nerves . The second group utilizes therapeutic taping alongside DNS to provide sensory feedback, temporarily unload overactive cervical muscles, and improve postural proprioception .
Expected Clinical Outcomes
Both treatment combinations generally yield significant improvements in pain reduction, cervical range of motion, and functional ability for radiculopathy patients . However, research shows that combining stabilization exercises with manual therapies like MFR often provides superior long-term improvements in tissue mobility compared to using passive modalities like taping . MFR directly addresses the myofascial trigger points that frequently accompany radiculopathy, whereas taping primarily provides temporary structural support and cueing.
