Response - NO
Brief Summary

Participants will be recruited from the Centre for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences (CPRS), Jamia Millia Islamia, and from the community, based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. All participants will be informed about the purpose, procedures, and potential risks of the study, and written informed consent will be obtained. Confidentiality of all personal and demographic information will be maintained.

Eligible subjects will be allocated into two groups: a chronic low back pain (CLBP) group and an age- and gender-matched healthy control group. Electromyographic (EMG) activity of the bilateral upper trapezius, lower trapezius, and serratus anterior muscles will be recorded in both groups. Bilateral scapular position will be assessed using the Lateral Scapular Slide Test and GaitON system. Before, EMG testing, participants will be provided with a detailed demonstration video and verbal explanation to ensure proper understanding of the procedure.
