AIM OF THE STUDY
To determine the effects of the Video-based McKenzie exercises VS Supervised McKenzie exercises on Pain, Functional ability and Endurance of Deep Cervical Flexor Muscles in Non- Specific Neck Pain patient.
NEED OF THE STUDY
Non-specific Neck Pain, is characterized by pain and discomfort over the cervical region without any known causes.6. It ranks among the primary contributors to disability and economic burden. Since exercises are highly advised and recommended for the treatment of this type of condition, delivering those exercises are not entirely available and accessible for every patient, especially for the low-income population and for the population residing in the rural areas and some in the urban or metropolitan areas as well.
