Comparator Agent  Core stabilization exercise  Core stabilization exercises focus on strengthening the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvis that support the spine. These muscles help keep the lower back stable during daily activities such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting. In people with non-specific low back pain, core stabilization exercises help reduce pain, improve spinal control, enhance posture, and prevent repeated strain on the lower back. 
Intervention  Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization  Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization is a rehabilitation and exercise approach based on developmental kinesiology. It uses the movement patterns seen in infants (0–18 months) to restore optimal postural control, joint centration, and movement efficiency.

2. Medical diagnosis of non-specific chronic low back pain and symptoms persisting for longer than three months

4. NPRS is between three and seven
5. Ambulation without walking aid
6. Willingness to participate in structured rehabilitation program

Brief Summary  

Subjects with Non-specific Chronic Low Back Pain will be recruited from Centre for physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences’ OPD, Jamia Millia Islamia and community on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Subject will be explained the purpose and the possible risks of the study. They will be given an informed consent explaining their rights as research subjects (According to Helsinki declaration,1964). Following the screening, demographics including age, height, weight, and BMI as well as clinical characteristics such as pain by NPRS, multifidus and erector spinae muscle activity by EMG, balance assessed by Pedalo sensamove balance device, posture analysis by GaitON device, Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia (TSK) for kinesiophobia and EuroQoL (EQ-5D) for Health-related quality of life. After assessing the baseline criterion measures, the participants will be further randomly allocated to one of the two interventions groups: (1) DNS along with IFT and hot pack (2) Core stabilization exercise along with IFT and hot pack. The intervention will be given for 6 weeks. The outcome variables will be assessed at baseline and after a period of 6 weeks.
