Brief Summary   This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Narrative therapy in reducing dissociative experiences and emotional dysregulation among young adults. The intervention uses guided storytelling, using TAT, which provides prompts to help participants express, organize, and reframe their personal experiences. Participants will be first screened based on DES-II scale. Screened participants will then be interviewed clinically to confirm the symptoms based on the DES-II scale. Eligible participants will then be provided 3 weekly individual therapy sessions in online mode, each lasting 45–60 minutes. DSS, DERS-18 and SRIS scales will be administered before every session, after the conduction of the last session, and finally at a one-week follow-up to assess changes in dissociation, emotional regulation, and insight. The study seeks to understand whether narrative-based therapeutic techniques can offer meaningful improvement for young adults experiencing these difficulties.
