Brief Summary
|
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of Figure of 8 Walking on balance and mobility in osteoporotic Type 1 obese patients Total 60 participants age between 35 years to 45 years meeting the inclusion criteria will be performing figure of 8 walking exercise for 30 minutes each session 7 times per week for 6 weeks Pre and Post Assessment Data will be collected with the help of outcome measures By investigating the efficacy of this intervention the study aims to provide evidence based recommendations for incorporating structured walking patterns into rehabilitation programs for individuals suffering from both osteoporosis and obesity |
