Brief Summary   This pilot randomized controlled study aims to evaluate the effect of a three-week core stabilization exercise program on foot arch structure and plantar pressure in collegiate students with flexible flat feet. Flat feet are commonly associated with excessive pronation, altered load distribution, and increased risk of musculoskeletal problems. While most treatment approaches focus on the foot alone, core muscle weakness may contribute to abnormal lower-limb alignment and foot mechanics. Eligible participants aged 18–35 years with flexible flat feet will be randomly allocated into an experimental group or a control group. The experimental group will undergo supervised core stabilization exercises five days per week for three weeks, while the control group will receive no intervention during the study period. Outcome measures will include Arch Height Index, Navicular Drop, Foot Posture Index, and plantar pressure distribution assessed using a baropodometric system. Pre- and post-intervention assessments will be compared to determine the effectiveness of core stabilization exercises on foot biomechanics.
