1.Full time office employees with sitting time not less than 6 hours in a day.
2.Participants who had no history of musculoskeletal injuries in the six months
preceding the study.
3.Males and females of age 25 years to 60 years [14] |

Brief Summary
|
This cross-sectional study aims to evaluate the relationship between popliteal muscle tightness, functional mobility, and risk of injury among desk job workers. Popliteal tightness will be assessed using goniometric measurement, while functional mobility and injury risk will be evaluated using standardized assessment tools. The findings may help in early identification of musculoskeletal risk factors associated with prolonged sitting. |
