This cross-sectional study aims to evaluate the impact of burnout syndrome on perceived stress, sleep quality, physical activity, and work ability among physiotherapists in Dakshina Kannada. A total of 109 physiotherapists will be assessed using standardized tools including the Maslach Burnout Inventory, Perceived Stress Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, IPAQ-SF, and Work Ability Index. Burnout is recognized as a significant occupational hazard due to high workload, emotional strain, and demanding work environments. The study examines associations between burnout and key health-related and occupational outcomes. Statistical analysis will be performed using correlation and regression methods. The findings are expected to help identify strategies to improve well-being and work performance among physiotherapists. |
