Brief Summary
|
This randomized controlled trial investigates the effect of adding core stabilization exercises to conventional rehabilitation in badminton players with functional ankle instability. The study aims to evaluate changes in core endurance, balance, and functional performance using the McGill Core Endurance Test, Modified Y-Balance Test, and Side Hop Test. Forty-six professional badminton players are divided into experimental and control groups and followed over an eight-week intervention period. |
