Brief Summary
Modification(s)
Hamstring flexibility can potentially affect the mobility and function of remote musculoskeletal areas, including the cervical spine and temporomandibular joint (TMJ), thereby increasing tension along this chain and potentially reducing mouth opening, which can cause neck pain & discomfort. both dry needling an strectching shows significant improvement in reducing these symptoms. This study aims to evaluate the comparision between dry needling and stretching to improve hamstring mobility, cervival range of motion and TMJ motion
