1. Students with Clinical stress symptoms.
2. Chronic smokers and those with a history of substance abuse.
3. Subjects had/having medications like antidepressants or any other drugs.
4. Subjects had or were having therapies like Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or other therapies.
5. Students with severe injury, accident, and major disease.

Brief Summary
|
This Randomized Controlled Study is focused on evaluating the impact of sound healing meditation as a non-invasive technique in stress management among 90 university students aged 18 to 25 at Swami Rama Himalayan University, focusing on physiological and psychological parameters. This study aims to assess the physiological and psychological changes through various tests and questionnaires. Subjects will be divided into two (the intervention group and the control group) equal-sized (45-45) groups. Data will be collected at baseline and post-intervention (8 weeks). |
