Brief Summary
|
This study will investigate the relationship between aerobic capacity, agility, and lower limb muscle endurance in amateur cricket players. Cricket will require repeated running, quick directional changes, and sustained lower limb activity. Aerobic capacity will be assessed using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, agility will be evaluated using the Illinois Agility Test, and lower limb muscle endurance will be measured using standard endurance tests. Adequate rest will be provided between tests to avoid fatigue. Data will be entered in microsoft excel for the calculation. Statistical analysis will be used to determine the correlation among the variables. This study will aim to identify how these components influence each other. The findings may help improve training strategies for amateur cricketers. This may enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. |
