Intervention  Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine   Individualized homoeopathic treatment will be given to participants with hyperuricemia based on detailed case taking in accordance with homoeopathic principles. Selection of medicine, potency, and repetition will be decided individually. Medicines will be administered for a total duration of 6 months. Regular follow-ups will be conducted during the study period to assess clinical improvement and changes in serum uric acid levels. Standard lifestyle and dietary advice will be given to all participants.

Details  1. Patient having uric acid from 5.7 mg/dl in females and 7 mg/dl in males till 10 mg/dl in both the sexes.
2. Symptomatic patient of hyperuricemia with smaller joint pain.
3. Patient who give consent to the study. 
 
ExclusionCriteria

2. Patient having uric acid more than 10mg/dl.
3. Patient having complications like CKD, Nephropathies, Autoimmune Disease, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Renal Failure.
4. Patient having smaller joint pain but with normal uric acid level.
5. Patient taking medication for any other systematic illness
6. Pregnant and lactating Females.

Brief Summary   Hyperuricemia is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased serum uric acid levels and is associated with joint pain gout renal disorders and metabolic diseases. Its prevalence is rising across all age groups due to lifestyle factors obesity diabetes and hypertension. Conventional treatment includes drugs that lower uric acid levels but long term use is often associated with adverse effects and poor tolerance. Homoeopathy offers an individualized holistic approach aimed at correcting the underlying imbalance and improving the body ability to metabolize and excrete uric acid. This prospective case series study is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic medicines in managing hyperuricemia across all age groups. The study focuses on changes in serum uric acid levels pain intensity and overall well being of patients. The findings may help establish homoeopathy as a safe effective and complementary treatment option for hyperuricemia and improve quality of life with minimal side effects
