Brief Summary
|
This randomized controlled trial investigates the effectiveness of cognitive-motor training in comparison to awareness education for decreasing mobile phone addiction among university students aged 18 to 30 who have a Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version score of 31 or higher. The intervention consists of four weeks of dual-task exercises, with three 45-minute sessions each week. The control group participates in educational sessions about phone usage. The primary outcome measured is the change in SAS-SV score, while secondary outcomes include assessments of attention, cognitive flexibility, impulse control, and physical activity evaluated at baseline and after four weeks. |
