Both males and females
Patients with a history of non-specific neck pain without radiculopathy for 3 months
Forward head posture according to the tragus to wall is more than 10 cm.

| ExclusionCriteria |
| Details |
Patients with a history of neck surgery or fracture, or medical conditions that affected participation (e.g., cardiovascular diseases) were excluded.
Patients with a history of medication use that affected pain or exercise tolerance (such as opioids or muscle relaxants) were excluded.
Patients with cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy, spondylolisthesis, disc prolapse, or rheumatic disease were excluded.
