Comparator Agent  Conventional training   The control group received a home exercise program consisting of basic stretching mobility and postural exercises performed once daily without supervised physiotherapy intervention for 4 weeks 3 sessions per week 
Intervention  Post isometric relaxation Central and unilateral posterior anterior glide  This exercise intervention is given to the experimental group for the duration of 4 weeks alternatively 3 sessions in a week Post isometric relaxation for tight lumbar and hip muscles For 7 to 10 second hold with 3 repetitions 2 sets per muscle for 15 minutes Along with central and unilateral posteroanterior mobilization of the lumbar spine to reduce pain improve posture and normalize gait Central posteroanterior glide on lumbar vertebra L1 to L5 of grade 1 to grade 2 for pain and grade 3 for stiffness with oscillations of 2 to 3 per seconds for the duration of 60 seconds per level Unilateral posteroanterior glide at unilateral facet joints of lumbar spine L1 to L5 of grade 2 to 3 with oscillations 2 to 3 per seconds for the duration of 60 seconds 1 to 2 segments per side

Regardless of gender
Experience chronic nonspecific low back pain for a duration of three months or longer
They also exhibit changes in the biomechanics of their lower limbs during walking
Participants must be capable of walking without assistance and agree to take part in the study 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  People who have undergone spinal surgery
Have specific spinal problems
Suffer from neurological or systemic conditions
Experience muscle issues in their lower limbs that impact walking
Are pregnant
Have obesity BMI Greater than 30 kg per meter squared
Have recently completed physical therapy or received medication for lower back pain
Have contraindication for manual therapy were not included

Brief Summary   Need of the Study
Lower Cross Syndrome is a prevalent postural issue associated with muscular imbalances altered lumbar alignment walking difficulties and persistent low back discomfort This is particularly relevant for young to middle aged individuals who have sedentary habits Although various physiotherapy methods can assist in alleviating low back pain there is a lack of evidence regarding the combined effects of central and unilateral posterior anterior  glide in addition to post isometric relaxation This blend of technique may influence posture ambulation lower extremity biomechanics pain level and muscle strength in individuals affected by lower cross syndrome Consequently it is crucial to evaluate the effectiveness of these specific manual therapy methods for this demographic 
Significance of the study
This study will provide evidence on the effectiveness of combined manual therapy techniques in improving pain posture gait and muscle strength in individuals with Lower Cross Syndrome The findings may help physiotherapists select targeted evidence based interventions for managing postural low back pain and associated movement impairments thereby improving functional outcomes and quality of life
