Indian Classical Music Intervention |
Participants will receive Indian classical music intervention for 30 minutes per day five days per week for a period of two months. Music will be played in a quiet classroom environment under supervision of the researcher. Selected ragas will be used in instrumental and vocal format |

Students studying in higher secondary level (Class 11 and 12), aged between 16 to 18 years, willing to participate in the study, and whose parents/guardians provide informed consent. Students should be able to understand Hindi or English. |

Students with hearing impairment, students with diagnosed psychological or neurological disorders, students already receiving training in Indian classical music, students not willing to participate, and students who are absent during the intervention period. |

Brief Summary
|
This study aims to assess the effect of Indian classical music intervention on the development of spiritual intelligence and empathy among higher secondary level students. This study will use a single group pre test post test quasi experimental design. Participants will be assessed for spiritual intelligence and empathy before the intervention. Then participants will receive Indian classical music intervention for a period of two months. After completion of intervention, post test will be conducted using the same standardized scales. The study will help to understand the role of Indian classical music in psychological and spiritual development of students. |
