Brief Summary
|
This study aims to evaluate the effect of integrated yogic practices on primary dysmenorrhea among the young girls in Himachal Pradesh. Participants are divided into group control and experimental group in which experimental group receives 12 weeks yoga protocol including warmup, asanas, pranayama, bandha, meditation for 60 minute for 5 days a week and the control group follows their routine lifestyle. the primary goal is to measure the reduction in menstrual pain and it measured by visual analog scale before and after the intervention period. in the secondary goal to measure the menstrual symptom distress , change in estradiol, change in perceived stress , change in body image, interoceptive awareness and the last reduction in fear of movement. |
