Brief Summary
|
Grip strength is an important indicator of upper limb muscle function, hand performance, and overall musculoskeletal health. Reduced grip strength in college going students may occur due to prolonged study hours, increased screen time, and decreased physical activity. Gyro ball is a handheld gyroscopic exercise device that provides resistance through rotational movement and activates the muscles of the wrist, forearm, and hand. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of gyro ball exercise on grip strength in healthy college going student .Grip strength will be measured using a hand dynamometer and pinch strength using a pinch gauge before and after a four week gyro ball exercise program. It is hypothesized that gyro ball exercise training will improve grip strength in healthy college going students. |
