Intervention  Visuospatial skill Training   Particiapant will receive visualspatial skill training on Lumosity application 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Different games targeting working memory, spatial processing speed, flexibility and attention.

Details  1. Participants with cognitive status within the normal range on Addenbroke cognitive examination III (88 – 100).(magdaleno et.al. 2021)
2. Participant with minimum educational qualification of primary school completion.
3. Participant must be ambulatory without assistive device.
4. Participants with normal or corrected to normal vision and hearing. (Ballesterosm et al., 2014)
5. Participant giving informed consent.

 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. Patients having any previous history of neurological disease such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, migraine, parkinson.(Ballesteros et al., 2014)
2. Patients with any significant diagnosed comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension or any cardiovascular disease: As they predispose to cognitive decline (Dregan, A. et al.,2013).
3. Subjects with a history of musculoskeletal condition that may restrict movement.
4. Subjects taking medications which affects cognition

Brief Summary   This randomized controlled trial aims to investigate the effects of visuospatial skill training on gait adaptability, dual-task performance, and quality of life in healthy older adults aged above 60 years. Age-related decline in cognitive and motor functions significantly affects mobility, increasing fall risk and reducing independence. Visuospatial abilities play a crucial role in navigation and coordination, yet their impact on functional gait and dual-task performance remains underexplored. 
A total of 42 participants will be recruited and randomly allocated into experimental and control groups using block randomization. The experimental group will undergo an 8-week visuospatial training program using Lumosity-based cognitive games (50 minutes/session, 3 days/week), targeting working memory, attention, processing speed, and cognitive flexibility, while the control group will continue routine activities. 
Primary outcomes include gait adaptive task performance assessed through spatiotemporal parameters using a 2D gait analysis system GaitON and dual-task performance using the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test under fixed and variable prioritization conditions. Secondary outcomes include quality of life measured using EQ-5D. Pre- and post-intervention assessments will be conducted to evaluate changes. 
The study is expected to provide evidence on the role of visuospatial training in improving cognitive-motor integration, gait adaptability, and functional independence in older adults, with potential implications for fall prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
