INTERPROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL MODULE (IPE) |
• One day Workshop: The IPE team will conduct an interprofessional workshop for physiotherapy, nursing, and MBBS intern students. They will provide the participants with an interprofessional perspective, role, and referral advice on physical fitness testing among elders with T2DM. During the workshop, we will include a Case-Based Discussion.
•Practical Demonstrations via Role-play, where each profession carries out part of the physical fitness assessment, while others observe and provide input.
•Debrief & Reflection: Guided reflection on how interprofessional collaboration improved safety, accuracy, and patient care.

i.Successful completion of all prerequisite theoretical and clinical courses up to the final year of the physiotherapy/ nursing/MBBS program
ii.Students participating should be those engaged in supervised internships or clinical rotations relevant to their healthcare training
