Brief Summary
|
This study aims to compare the effects of FIFA 11+ warm-up program and Plyometric training on Agility, Speed, and Explosive power. Football is characterized by a high volume of eccentric movements and multi-directional sprints, which place significant impact on musculoskeletal system. These demands increase the risk of lower-limb injuries and highlight the importance of adminstration of proper warm-up programs in daily routines. FIFA 11+ warm-up protocol which integrates agility, balance, strength and balance within a time and cost effective format. the findings are expected to provide practical insights for practitioners and coaches in planning better training programs that enhance performance while reduce injury risks in football players. |
