Garlic jeera water combined with the neutral hip bath |
Garlic –Jeera water combined with neutral hip bath for 5 days before 1st menstruation day and Garlic-jeera water on the days of bleeding 5g(1 small clove) of garlic is crushed.(14) Add 3g(1tsp) of cumin seeds and the crushed garlic to 300ml of water and it is brought to a gentle boil and it is strained and given to individuals of intervention group on empty stomach in the early morning.It is given for 5 days before 1st menstruation day and on the days of bleeding for 2 consecutive cycles (15) Neutral hip bath(32-36 degree Celsius) for 15-20 minutes is given to the individuals of intervention group for 5 days before 1st menstruation day for 2 consecutive cycles |
