Brief Summary   This study titled “Efficacy of Homoeopathic Medicines in Cases of Hemorrhoid in Females: A Clinical Study Using Hemorrhoid Severity Score” aims to assess the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic management in reducing the Hemorrhoid Severity Score in female patients. Hemorrhoid is a common anorectal disorder characterized by symptomatic enlargement and downward displacement of anal cushions, presenting with pain, bleeding, itching, prolapse and soiling. Many studies have explored homoeopathic treatment in Hemorrhoid, but there is lack of focused clinical study in female patients using standardized and validated severity scoring systems like Hemorrhoid Severity Score. This prospective interventional study will include 30 female patients aged 18 to 60 years with grade 1 to 3 Hemorrhoid. Individualized homoeopathic medicines will be prescribed after detailed case taking, and follow-ups will be conducted with assessment through Hemorrhoid Severity Score. The primary objective is to evaluate reduction in Hemorrhoid Severity Score, and secondary objective is to assess improvement in symptoms such as pain, bleeding and itching, thereby generating reliable and reproducible evidence on the clinical efficacy of homoeopathic medicines in female Hemorrhoid cases.
