Brief Summary   This study aims to examine the impact of Isha Kriya meditation on stress quality of life self esteem and social support among undergraduate students. The study will use a prospective comparative design with two groups intervention group and control group. A total of 144 undergraduate students will participate in the study. Participants in the intervention group will practice Isha Kriya meditation regularly under guidance for a specified period while the control group will continue their usual routine without meditation practice. Data will be collected before and after the intervention to measure changes in perceived stress quality of life self esteem and perceived social support. The study will compare the outcomes between the intervention and control groups to evaluate whether the practice of Isha Kriya meditation leads to improvement in psychological wellbeing and social support among undergraduate students. The findings of the study may help in understanding the role of meditation based practices in promoting mental health and wellbeing among university students.
