DATA MANAGEMENT AND OUTCOME MEASURMENT
This study will be conducted as a prospective clinical study at the OPD and peripheral centers of C. D. Pachchigar Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Surat.
fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be selected by simple random sampling after obtaining written informed consent.Patients aged between 10 to 60 years, of either gender, who are able to comprehend and respond to the Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) scale will be included in the study. Patients who are unwilling to discontinue anti-allergic or steroid medications, diagnosed cases of nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum, chronic sinusitis, severe co-morbidities, or those with irregular follow-up will be excluded from the study . After detailed case taking as per Aphorisms 83–104 of Organon of Medicine and thorough physical examination, baseline clinical findings will be recorded in the structured case proforma. The severity of allergic rhinitis will be assessed using the Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS)
Repertorization will be carried out using Boger Boenninghausen’s Characteristics Repertory (BBCR), and individualized homoeopathic medicine will be prescribed based on totality of symptoms (location, sensation, modalities, and concomitants).
Follow-up assessments will be conducted at intervals of 3, 7, or 15 days depending on case requirement. At each follow-up visit, TNSS score will be reassessed and documented. Any changes in symptoms and remedy response will be recorded.
outcome of the study will be change in Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) from baseline to the end of treatment.
TNSS will be calculated at baseline and during each follow-up visit to assess reduction in symptom severity
