Pachchigar Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Surat. fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be selected by simple random sampling after obtaining written informed consent.Patients aged between 10 to 60 years, of either gender, who are able to comprehend and respond to the Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) scale will be included in the study. Follow-up assessments will be conducted at intervals of 3, 7, or 15 days depending on case requirement. At each follow-up visit, TNSS score will be reassessed and documented. Any changes in symptoms and remedy response will be recorded. outcome of the study will be change in Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) from baseline to the end of treatment. TNSS will be calculated at baseline and during each follow-up visit to assess reduction in symptom severity |
