Practice in well ventilated & noise free room. II. Sit on mat in comfortable meditative pose like Padmasana, Siddhasana or Sukhasana & place the hands on the knees. III. Relax your whole body, close your eyes & prepare yourself as for meditative practice. IV. Practice kaya sthairyam (steadiness of body) for few minutes. V. Then open your eyes & gaze at the Bindu; it is a dark circle placed at centre on a white paper of 1 cm diameter four feet in front of yourself with the Bindu at the level of eyes. VI. Try to keep the eyes perfectly steady, without blinking. VII. Keep your mind empty. If any thoughts come, put them out of mind immediately. VIII. Remain silent throughout the whole practice. IX. Practice for 10 minutes. Stop as instructed by investigator.
30 sessions will be conducted. One session per day for 30 days)
