Details  1. Diagnosis of plantar fasciitis based on clinical examination (e.g., heel pain on first steps in the morning or after prolonged rest).
2. Presence of heel and/or foot pain localized to the plantar fascia origin.
3. Limited ankle range of motion due to pain.
4. Positive findings of localized tenderness at the medial calcaneal tubercle.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1. History of trauma to the lower limb in the past year.
2. Systemic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or other autoimmune diseases. Previous foot surgery or fracture below the knee.
3. Diagnosed with fat pad syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, or other neurological conditions affecting foot function.
4. Presence of acute infection, ulcers, or skin conditions at the treatment site.
5. Use of corticosteroid injections or invasive treatments for PF in the past 3 months.

Brief Summary   This study compares two physiotherapy treatment methods for people suffering from plantar fasciitis, a common condition that causes heel pain, especially during the first steps in the morning or after long periods of rest. Many patients with this condition also experience stiffness and reduced ankle movement, which can increase stress on the foot. In this study, 48 patients aged between 30 and 60 years will be divided into two groups. One group will receive subtalar mobilisation along with regular physiotherapy exercises, while the other group will receive mobilization with movement (MWM) along with the same exercises. The treatment will be given three times per week, and pain levels, ankle range of motion, and foot function will be measured before and after the treatment. It is expected that both treatments will help reduce pain and improve movement, but mobilization with movement may show slightly better results. The findings of this study will help determine which treatment is more effective for managing plantar fasciitis.
