Brief Summary   This synopsis is a comparative clinical study conducted by Dr. Jyotsna M.S. Ayurveda, Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga to evaluate the effectiveness of Tilshelukarvi Yog and Brahmi Ghrit Nasya in the management of  Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which is correlated in Ayurveda with Pushpaghni Jataharini described in Kashyapa Samhita. PCOS is a common hormonal disorder causing irregular menstruation, obesity, excess hair growth, and infertility. According to Ayurveda, it occurs due to imbalance of Vata and Kapha dosha, Agnimandya , and blockage of Artavavaha Srotas. In this randomized comparative clinical study, 40 patients aged 18 to 40 years will be divided into two groups: one receiving Tilshelukarvi Yog orally and the other receiving Tilshelukarvi Yog along with Brahmi Ghrit Nasya therapy. The study will assess improvement in menstrual regularity, hormonal levels, ovarian changes, BMI, and associated symptoms. The aim is to provide a safe, non-hormonal, and effective Ayurvedic approach for long-term management of PCOS with minimal side effects
