Brief Summary

Kabaddi is a high-intensity sport that requires good balance, agility, and speed for effective performance and injury prevention. Weak ankle stability can reduce performance and increase the risk of injuries in players. Therefore, improving ankle strength and proprioception is important for kabaddi athletes.

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of TheraBand exercises and BOSU ball training on balance, agility, and speed in kabaddi players. Forty male kabaddi players were divided into two groups, and the effects of both training programs were evaluated using Single Leg Stance Test, Y-Balance Test, Agility T-Test, and 20-meter sprint test before and after the intervention.
