Brief Summary   This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the efficacy of a smartphone-based immersive head-mounted virtual reality program on cognitive, physical and emotional well-being in the geriatric population. Elderly participants aged 60 years and above will be randomly allocated into an experimental group receiving VR-based intervention and a control group receiving traditional form of exercise. The intervention will be administered for a specified duration over 3 weeks. Outcome measures will include cognitive function assessed by Mini- Mental State examination, Physical performance assessed by Time Up and Go Test ,and Emotional well -being assessed by Geriatric Depression Scale. Pre and Post intervention assessments will be conducted to determine the effectiveness of the VR program. The study aims to explore an accessible and cost effective digital rehabilitation approach for improving overall well - being in older adults.
